Automation Laboratory

Located in PES 508, the Automation Laboratory is a practical learning facility that supports the study, development, and application of industrial automation technologies. The available equipment includes various Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), such as Schneider, Mitsubishi, and Omron PLCs, along with other supporting automation equipment. The laboratory is used for practical sessions in PLC programming, control system development, and control panel assembly. Students gain hands-on experience in programming PLCs, designing and assembling control panels, wiring control circuits, testing systems, and troubleshooting automation applications. These practical activities provide students with technical skills and experience relevant to industrial automation environments.

Industrial Electrical Installation Laboratory

Located in PES 507, the Industrial Electrical Installation Laboratory is a practical learning facility that supports the study and application of industrial electrical installation and motor control systems. The available equipment includes various types of electric motors, contactors, and other electrical system components and supporting devices. The laboratory is used for practical sessions in electrical installation, motor control, and industrial electrical systems. Students gain hands-on experience in electrical wiring and installation, as well as motor control techniques such as Direct-On-Line (DOL) starting and Star-Delta starting. Through these practical activities, students develop technical skills in electrical installation, motor control, system testing, and troubleshooting relevant to industrial applications. Mechanical Laboratory

Located in PES 102, the Mechanical Laboratory is a practical learning facility that supports students in developing hands-on skills in mechanical fabrication, machining, and material processing. The available equipment includes bench drills, bench grinders, wood jigsaws, cutting grinders, a vacuum cleaner, non-metal laser cutting machine, silent air compressor, acrylic bending machine, and bench vise. The laboratory is used for practical activities involving machining, cutting, drilling, grinding, bending, and other mechanical fabrication processes. Through hands-on practice, students gain experience in operating workshop equipment, processing various materials, and applying proper fabrication techniques in a safe and controlled working environment.

PCB Fabrication Manufacture Laboratory

PLC Center

Located in TR3.5, the PLC Center is a laboratory and Competency Assessment Center (CAC) that supports learning, skill development, competency assessment, and the practical application of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and industrial automation technologies. The available equipment includes Siemens S7-1500, Omron CP2E, and Keyence PLCs, Human Machine Interface (HMI), electric motors, servo motors, servo drives, Remote I/O, GPS modules, and other supporting automation equipment. The PLC Center is used for practical sessions, control system development and testing, as well as competency assessment and certification activities. The facility provides students with hands-on experience in PLC programming, motion control, HMI, and the integration of various automation devices commonly used in industrial environments.

Pneumatic Laboratory

Located in PES 506, the Pneumatics Laboratory is a practical learning facility that supports the study of pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and industrial automation systems. The available equipment includes pneumatic training sets, electro-pneumatic training sets, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) modules, pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, control valves, air compressors, pressure regulators, and other supporting pneumatic components. The laboratory is used for practical sessions that enable students to study and implement pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems, as well as integrate them with PLC-based control systems.

Power Plant Simulator Laboratory

Power Plant Simulator Laboratory merupakan laboratorium yang digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran, pelatihan, dan penelitian dalam bidang sistem pembangkit tenaga listrik. Laboratorium ini berlokasi di gedung PES lantai 8 ruangan 807. Dilaboratorium ini terdapat 10 set PC yang sudah terinstall software simulasi pembangkit (SIMGENICS).

Thermo and Fluid Mechanics Laboratory

Thermo and Fluid Mechanics Laboratory merupakan laboratorium yang digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran, praktikum, dan penelitian dalam bidang termodinamika, perpindahan panas, dan mekanika fluida. Laboratorium ini berlokasi di Gedung TRAIN lantai 3 ruangan 3.4 . Untuk peralatan yang ada didalamnya yaitu beberapa jenis alat praktikum perpindahan panas seperti Konveksi,Radiasi,dan Konduksi serta perlatan mekanika fluida seperti Kompresi Fluida dan Alat Pengukur Viskositas Fluida.
